Q. How safe and secure is my league data?

A. Your league data is incredibly safe.  Sports League Software uses secure Site servers.  We use safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure.  These safeguards include multiple 'firewalls' and Secure Socket Layers.  We treat your data as a valuable asset that must be protected.  For more information on our site security please refer to the Sports League Software Privacy Statement.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract to get started?

A. No.  We do not ask our customers for any commitment and we do not lock them into a contract.  We expect that you will be fully satisfied with our services and want to continue using our system for many years to come.  If you happen to decide to cease using Sports League Software you are free to do so without any further financial commitments.

Q. Do I need to be a 'techie' to use your system?

A. Absolutely not!  Our system has been designed to be easy to use for the non-technical person.

Q. Can I access the league management system from any computer?

A. Yes you can!  The league management system is accessible from any computer as long as the user has a unique login ID and password to access the system as well as an active connection to the Internet.

Q. How do I make updates to the website?

A. All changes to the website are made through an online interface that updates in real-time.  As soon as you have saved your changes the website will be fully updated for all to see!

Q. If we require assistance using the system, where do I turn?

A. Sports League Software offers unlimited technical support to all leagues that are using the League Management System.  Free Technical Support is also offered to all leagues or teams that subscribe to the basic or enhanced web services.
